At Ultralight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lighting purchases; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all protective padding, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
